Key Responsibilities

Performs routine maintenance and repair duties related to buildings and fitness equipment
Performs basic mechanical and electrical to equipment and systems
Performs basic drywall duties including boarding, mudding, taping and sanding
Maintains the general physical appearance of the buildings and grounds which may include landscaping and snow clearing when required
Completes general plumbing repairs, such as leaky taps, replaced and/or repair plugged toilets, drains, etc.
Documents any repair maintenance and inspection work carried out in the specified format
Completes all maintenance requests in a timely manner

Qualifications

Class 5 driver’s license and able to commute around Vancouver, Port Coquitlam and Langley as needed
Electrical and plumbing experience is an asset
A provincial, other vocational, and/or professional certificate/degree is an asset
Able to perform physical duties, including able to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong work ethic, punctual, reliable, and a team player

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
