Located just steps off the University Campus, overtop of Staples. We have catered to students and the surrounding area for almost 20 years.

BEFORE APPLYING – Keep in mind. 
  • Must be available weekday evenings Tuesday – Saturday.
  • (Minimum 30 hours a week) up to 9:30pm. 
  • NO extended time off for travel December – April. 
  • OB training will take place at Gold’s Gym West Broadway. 
  • Must have reliable transportation / access to transit. 
 Key Responsibilities/Musts
·     
  •  Complete on necessary sales and front desk on-boarding training.
  • Assist in upkeep of the facility / including cleaning and minor equipment maintenance. 
  • Generate sales through providing guests with tours of the facility, and clearly qualifying and explaining appropriate membership options. 
  • Meets/exceeds monthly personal sales targets. 
  • Meet/exceeds minimum sales appointments targets.
  • Tracks all personal membership sales. 
  • Ensure proper entry of all member and guest notes and details using company software’s. 
  • Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures for member and guest as per company policies.  
  • Works closely with other club staff to ensure over all club targets are met weekly/ monthly. 
  • Takes part in community activities and events. 
  • Takes part in a minimum of 4 hours of community outreach to general leads. 
  • Assists in the development of community partnerships located on and off campus. 
What we need from you
  • Service driven with an enthusiastic attitude.
  • Previous sales/customer service experience required. 
  • High school diploma required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid First Aid certification an asset.
  • Fluent in English - Ability to speak other languages an asset. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
  • Knowledge of cash handling / previous experience with POS terminals.
  • Ability work both alone and in groups. 
  • Critical thinking / problem solving skills. 
  • Motivated to reach sales targets set by management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to set personal goals and targets. 
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter – must understand and show drive in down time.
