Gold’s Gym BC is hiring a full-time Fitness Club Manager to lead sales, operations, and team performance at our POCO location. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced gym manager, fitness manager, or sales manager looking to grow with a globally recognized fitness brand.
Wage
$55,000 – $70,000 per year + performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in driving club performance, revenue growth, and member retention
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and fitness team
- Manage sales targets, KPIs, lead generation, and conversion rates
- Oversee daily gym operations, including staffing, scheduling, and payroll
- Build and grow corporate partnerships and local business relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer service and member experience
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, including performance management
- Execute marketing initiatives, community outreach, and club events
- Collaborate with departments including HR, marketing, personal training, and operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in fitness management, gym management, or sales management
- Proven success in sales, revenue growth, and team leadership
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs, budgeting, and business operations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced fitness, retail, or hospitality environment
- Experience in a health club, gym, or wellness setting preferred
- Post-secondary education in business, fitness, or related field is an asset
